As every watch at Nodrh is a unique piece that can be difficult to replace, we do not offer returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind, while preserving all legally protected customer rights.

We guarantee the authenticity of our watches. If you have any concerns regarding the authenticity of your watch, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide evidence supporting the claim of inauthenticity.

If the watch is confirmed to be inauthentic, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

We also uphold the customer’s rights in cases where the watch has an undisclosed defect or materially differs from its deion.

Please make sure to review the watch’s details and photos carefully before placing your order. Please note that any signs of wear shown in the photos or described in the product listing are considered part of the watch’s condition and are not regarded as hidden defects.
